When Vincent Van Gogh painted his sunflowers, he lived
in a place called Yellow House. This was the inspiration for the name of our classic Umbrian farmhouse. Located down a country
lane, just minutes from two villages, Yellow House offers guests a spacious, 750 square feet (70 sq m) apartment on the second
floor, with views to make Vincent proud. Two bedrooms, a large living room, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, one full bath and
a private entrance make this the ideal place for 2-4 guests to stay for a week, a month, or even longer.
Amenities includes satellite television, wireless broadband Internet, ceiling
fans, all linens, stereo, and private outdoor dining area.
Yellow House is just 300 meters from La Casetta Rosa and provides extra guest
space for larger groups.

The apartment at Yellow House is private and quiet, surrounded by olive groves and sunflower fields; yet, we
are just five minutes from San Terenziano and Collesecco, where you will find restaurants, coffee bars, grocery stores,
newsstands and more. We are along the Strada di Sagrantino Wine Route, where dozens of cantinas offer tastings and
the hillsides are covered with olive trees and vineyards.
Ancient
towns and historic sites are within easy reach -- Todi (20 min), Montefalco (20 min), Orvieto and Assisi (40 min), Spoleto,
Bevagna, Carsulae, Perugia, Deruta (all 30 min), Lake Trasimeno (45 min). If you like to walk, our rolling hills and country
lanes provide the perfect opportunity.
Our rates range between 450 - 650 Euros per
week, monthly rates available.
