and sightseeing.

Located on four hectares (ten acres), this newly renovated farmhouse
belonged to Grandma, but now has all the amenities, including the most up to date heating and security systems, pool, internet,
two fireplaces, window screens and all appliances. The lake is private and fenced and can be used for fishing or just relaxing,
but not for swimming.
Villa Primavera is close to shops and just five minutes from the E45 highway, which
leads north to Perugia and onward to Florence, or south to Todi and Terni. Easy day trips to both coasts, Umbrian hill towns
or Tuscany and Rome.
It is possible to rent the entire house, or one of the two levels.
The upstairs is 125 sq,
m., with three bedrooms sleeping five, full kitchen, dining area, two baths and living room. The 70 sq. m. downstairs has
one bedroom, one double sleeper sofa, full kitchen and living area with fireplace.

31 August entire house 1800 Euros/week
1 September - 31 May entire house 1300 Euros/week
