This old Umbrian pink villa is situated on a pleasant country road that runs along a ridge, with panoramic views of farmland, valleys and hilltop villages. Private, but not isolated, La Casetta Rosa is close to outstanding restaurants, wineries, and historic sites, as well as grocery stores and other services.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, big frostfree frig, washer. Three modern full baths, three double bedrooms, inside and outside fireplaces,satellite TV, central heat, window screens, ceiling fans. Private gated entrance.
